The Partnership
Nick Di Mondo and Nicholas Consiglio started their legal careers together
over 20 years ago. In 1983 they met in law school, became good friends and
began creating a vision to establish a very unique law firm. In 1992 their
vision became a reality when they formed a partnership founded on their own
values of integrity and excellence.
Together the partners have successfully represented various industries including
manufacturing, distribution, investors, retailing, computer services, property
management, professional services, and specialty contractors. They have also
established beneficial relationships with key strategic individuals and
organizations to help clients take advantage of opportunities to achieve the
results they want.

Nick Di Mondo
By the age of 21 Nick Di Mondo had already acquired his Real Estate Brokers
Licence, entered into law school at the University of Ottawa and was completing
his bachelor's degree in Economics at York University in Toronto at the same
time.
His background experience in property management, real estate, economics,
law, investing and his passions for learning more about business success and
life skills has given him the unique ability to creatively solve every kind of
business and legal question, problem and opportunity.
Nick Di Mondo was called to the bar in 1989 becoming a member of the Law
Society of Upper Canada. He is a member of the practice management and business
sections of the American Bar Association.
Born in 1963, he values his family and is happily married.
Nick Consiglio
Nicholas received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1984 at the University
of Toronto. Nicholas' business training started from the age of 13 while working
in his growing and successful family retail business.
His background experience in retail, commerce, law, investing and computers
has given him the uncanny ability to methodically identify and solve every type
of business and legal challenge and opportunity.
Nicholas Consiglio received his law degree from the University of Ottawa in
1987 and was called to the bar in 1989 becoming a member of the Law Society of
Upper Canada.
Nicholas is a Director of the charitable Vitanova Shelter Corporation and is
a member of the Executive of the Woodbridge Badminton Club.
Born in 1961, Nicholas is happily married with three young children.
